You need to work on making all your sounds a lot more solid and defined. Everything sort of floats in and out at the moment which isn't really good for Hardcore. Especially not the kick and bass. You got everything in there though, it's just a case of making it sound solid and polished.

Not entirely, you need to work on sound creation and selection too. I think the best way to do it would be to get a track with a kick and bass you like and try to replicate it. Get a track with a lead sound you like and try to replicate that. It will be easier to learn what your tracks are missing if you reference other material that you know is of top quality.

Ahh okay. I've been referencing other tracks, but it was to study little details to keep things interesting. I see what you're saying, though. I'll try that out as well!
