The song is off of "The World of Breeze."
It's called "Express Yourself," and it's by Sscape.

'Keep on movin groovin i just cant stop' there the only words, its an oldskool tune its NOT happyhardcore and its on my dj pilgrim tape from 1994. Thanx for any help! =D

I aint gota sound sample & i aint realy got the time to put it on my cpu and then launch a sample on a server or an FTP =)
All I can do is describe the song, and hope for the best from u guyz!!! =)
Its an oldskool tune, around 1994ish, the 1st song on a tape pack djed by pilgrim. it starts with the vocals 'I had to go through life' or sumit like that. Its got a class drum, bass and cheesy piano line, just b4 the main vocals cum in 'keep on movin grovin i just cant stop' repeated several times all the way through this track.
The tape also has orca 4am at around 10mins:40secs, followed by visions of light by higher level.
Thats all i can say on this song. I hope you lot can help cus this tune is ***** QUALITY, its kinda kniteforce material, wouldnt be suprised if CRU-L-T or sumone did this!!!

From the info you've given that Pilgrim set is from Dreamscape 15 vs 16 NYE 94/95.
The tune you're after is:
A Sense of Summer - Easin On - Universal Records 01
Its got On Top on the A side which was the tune most DJs played from this release
