Edit.
LOL! Classic.
I think he probably where going to correct me about the Digital Boy track, but that's what it says on the cover :P
Nah i just made a mistake. I said that it is the 97 remix. Which in Hardcore it is but technically not otherwise as i discovered from discogs.
reading Discogs right now. Someone there wrote that that track was original produced in 1995

"Christian Warning at 0.46 about 5 hours ago
Hardcore? I'm laughing my ass off!!! This is f**king poorly produced paced up Electro crap! Looser! Only Americans are able to like this shit and call it Hardcore, because they don't know a shit about Hardcore or Rave music, due US-MTV killed the rave scene over here and now tries to teach you what it should sound today. This track sounds like musical coitus interruptus! I'd rather listen to crappy Hip-Hop or Fartstep."
Pardon me but I'm American and hate 99% of this electro hardcore stuff I'm hearing and honestly I'm getting VERY ****ing sick of Europeans trash talking Americans every chance they get.
These three songs were written by Europeans yet they have those electro influences to them (not as much on the SPIT track as on the others but you get my point), are they automatically good for coming out of Europe? Last I checked there is plenty of pop house and top40 shit coming out of Europe as there is coming out of the USA.
I agree that the Clubland Xtreme Hardcore sound that's popular these days is terrible but that's just the way it's gone. I find it very hard to find recent tracks that are good because of all the electro shit one has to sort through but this fad will be gone eventually...right?
I want this electro shit gone as much as you do, I don't know what we can do about it though.

I was actually worried this would not turn out good, but it was just f**king brilliant! A true remake, that stands alone yet still has the essence of the original track!
The difference is Darwin is Darwin and Klubfiller is Klubfiller. All that needs to be said.
Also,

Did the original mix have that dubstep break?

In a few years people are going to wonder who Scott Brown is. Can the man get any more incognito?
He had a release in 2011!
quote:Originally posted by The Dopeman: maybe he's just left the scene without saying goodbye only time will tell i really hope he hasn't that would be a huge blow to our recovery hopes because i don't see anyone else who has the skills to pull the scene out of this slump
maybe it's a good thing if hardcore goes quiet for a while and resurfaces with a new and improved sound like what happened in 2002 but it has to be it's own sound and not ripping off any other genre like trance or dupstep etc we also need some fresh talent the likes of hixxy, sy, unknown, dougal, gammer and all the rest of them need to leave i think there are tons of brilliant producers out there they just aint getting noticed and getting the help they need to make it in this scene because of all the glory hoggers that currently populate it
Archefluxx is doing it, Fracus and Darwin (not exactly new but you get my point) are doing AMAZING things lately, I think we might be close to something big whether or not we realize it now.

It's okay. Think someone said it before, probably sounds better live.
It's got the typical energy-less drop of a lot of modern Hardcore, though. It's as if producers' starting points for tracks these days is "Right, first things first. Let's figure out how we can take out all of the momentum and energy of this track - then we can build some really crisp sounding synths and stuff around that subsequent, gaping absence of life".

lol it was pretty funny to watch the comments on the track.
Personally, I hate this new "Hardcore" stuff, I feel it's ruining Hardcore, and the only reason why its still alive is because of the few record labels that haven't touched this style.
Professionally, It's good for business. People like it, it makes money.

if your only doing it for money then whats the point in making hardcore because when hardcore 1st came about it was never about the money afaik it was about the music...money destroys things...look what it did to the world economy ffs...there is a famous saying "money is the root of all evil" it ****ed up the global economy and it's killing hardcore money should never come into it...if our only in it for the money and only make the kind of tracks that society dictates is cool then you really should get the **** out of the scene this kind of hardcore is shit it's not hard...so why call it hardcore if it's not hard!!! just because EVERYONE likes it dnt make it good the fact is that most people are dumb and will like what they are told to like not because they actually like it...they just dnt know and refuse to accept that they are being brainwashed...the reason i know this is because i don't think about things the way "normal people" do because of my mental health i see thru all the ******** and refuse to bow down to what others tell me is cool the fact is this style of hardcore is rubbish and i bet the big names know it too only they refuse to admit it they know that because they have been around for years that they are considered legends in the scene and 90% of what they make people will like based on the reputation they have gained and they know that people will think "ooooh if they think it's cool then i do to" i say all the true fans of hardcore stop buying there tracks and kill this nonsense once and for all

So basically, in a nutshell, what you're saying is 'dont be brainwashed, have my opinion, it's the only valid one'.
It seems to me, it seems to be 'cool' in certain circles to jump on the whole 'anti electro /dub core' bandwagon purely because it's the new popular thing.
The whole 'why call it it hardcore, it's not even hard' argument is one of the most stupid things I've ever heard. If that's the case you might want to go back an rewrite hardcore history. Sonz of da loop da loop era - 'Far Out'. That's not hard, can't call it hardcore then.
Do you even know how hardcore became to be known as 'hardcore'?
