As far as i know it's never been officially identified,usually gets put down as :

Only other time i've heard it is on Dreamscape14...and he mixes it in between the same 2 tunes on that set lol

Asked around on one site ...but not much luck atm ...general consensus is that it doen't really sound like Tango....posted it up a few more places to see if i can get any more info !
