but when have Fracus or Darwin ever been involved in freeform?
Better than that random bellend who used bots to get on the list winning.
and who was that?
Marc Smith.
But really, it was some faggot from the States who produces really bad music. I'd mention his name, but I think he gets off to people hating on him.
Go on then! lol
And don't drag Marc Smith in this lol guy got nominated 5 times and didn't win anything. He's like The Color Purple of the HH awards. But honestly love the guy and I think he's a great dj.

You'd be surprised what passes for Freeform these days. Or maybe not since you listen to it.

Beautiful. Such perfect timing for drama is rarely seen.

Congratulations for Hardcore Underground and for Fracus & Darwin for achieving those other 2 awards, they totally deserved them for the outstanding contribute to the scene. I'm expecting a 2013 of fire on that label! :)

Wouldn't of gone for killed the rave as tune of the year. Great tune but there's better out there, probably the best dubstep sounding tune tho.
Happy for scar, she has been excellent this year played a quality set at Htid in Blackpool recently.
Also glad to see Sy winning the lifetime achievement, got a text from a mate who was there last night and apparently storm got booed.

What happened with that whole Sy thing in the end anyway? Did it fizzle out under the ridiculous lack of evidence or what?
And is he welcome back in "the scene" now?

This is the last statement made by either Sy or Storm.
Sy, 18th November:
"Hi all
Before anymore unnecessary speculation spreads in the scene, just wanted to confirm Im fine, and simply taking a bit of time out with friends and family while the matter is being sorted away from the spotlight of social media.
I really appreciate all your messages of support, see you all soon".
I suspect that we'll see another one in a couple of days, thanking people for his award.

I'm honestly still a little bit miffed Fracus & Darwin got best freeform DJ.
There are SO many honest to god talented producers out there, Douglas, Lost Soul, Kevin Energy.
It's a shame they lost it to whoever happened to be popular at the time.

Compared to previous years, the results this time round are a lot more relevant.
I actually agree with most of them. Massive result for HU, who deserve every plaudit that comes their way. Gammer (whatever you might think of him) deserves at least 3 awards a year. Would have liked to see some recognition for the likes of Rebuild/Thumpa, CLSM, Luna-C etc but it's a start.

The bot/proxy kid was this guy: https://soundcloud.com/djmatduke Standard Nu Energy-like stuff, nothing amazing. On the topic of the rest of the awards: I have no problem with HU (obviously), Gammer, Sc@r, Obie, Kutski, and Angerfist winning things. Petruccio & Modulate should've won over MOB last year. Killed The Rave won because 1. Gammer, and 2. Music Blocks was not a good choice to compete in the category. Got The Rhythm or Love Comes Back would've stood a better chance.

Apparently Storm got booed when his name was read out amongst the nominees but the announcer told everyone to shut the **** up cuz you was all dancing to him & styles a minute ago!!!
Dont think Killed The Rave deserved best track of the year but Jay it does go mental at an event when its dropped!! BIG time.

Personally, I nominated Fracus - Module for track of the year, but I knew that was never getting through.
