This one definitely qualifies as an Unknown Gem. It's by someone called Mystify, and it's called Cloudskipper. As discussed in this thread - http://www.happyhardcore.com/forums/topic.asp?topic_id=56545 - the artist is not Cloudskipper.

I've just uploaded it to YouTube today so everyone can enjoy it. Gorgeous stuff.
