but i have an italian picture disc
of toy town on the DIY record label
Anyone know anything else about it

Yeah it's rare, DVF sell it for £75, so i think that gives you the idea of the raritie :)

ink blobs in it, and on the cover is a clown.
Well i brought it when it came out about 96
and i remember paying 6.99 for it, i think i
was just lucky that i got the import.
i didnt think it would be worth that much
anyone know how many there are around?

Mine doesn't have the black blops... if yours does it means it was either one of the first pressings or one of the last pressings when they changed the vinyl color in the pressing machine.
