I recognised you're not the only person in the internet, who is looking for this track ID. I'm sorry I can't help you with this, but I suppose a lot DJs in theses days played an intro, which isn't an official track or got especially created for an event.

I think I found them after long research. The lyrics what she sing's is "Gotta Have It" so these are my founded tracks.
Sally - Gotta Have It (Not sure about this one, vinyl is rare)
Paris Red - Gotta Have It (From New York Straight to Paris) (Also not sure, because it is classified as "House")
Together - You've Got to Have It (I think this is my best bet, I ordered the vinyl so soon I will know, it is classified as "Progressive House, House, Acid House" and it is a record from 1994)
