Just been putting an adrenalin tape to digital with the above artists on and that got me thinking,what happened to them? Mr Hyde did a few tacks on essential platinum iirc? But Wink & Twigz I've only seen sets on adrenalin packs. Both sets are fooking bangin too,took me back t'olden days.

Not heard of the first 2! Guessing they are just friends of whoever put those events on. Dunno what happened to Mr Hyde. He did a few tracks on Essential Platinum and elsewhere. Release being a really notable and good track.

I hadn't heard of Wink & Twigz either until this tape,but they play some great choons ie mixmatt -do u love your hardcore 96',bang the future-don't try to hide.The bouncy,happy sets that 95/96 was known for,but like you said,maybe just mates of the promoter. I always wondered that about dj Sarge,was he a chum of a promoter? his sets were few and far between,he was a bit wank though tbh.

Just done some digging and mr Hyde was a bit busier than I thought!! Released on some big labels too.
