It's not like that he is a nobody and those tunes wouldnt sell well...
If anyone would create a kickstarter campaign with the aim to release an ultimate HHC album filled with unreleased, remastered classics from Bonkers e.g. and producers agree with that beforehand I BET people will fork over money for it.

It's great there's unreal access to your favourite producers' latest tunes, but it certainly does seem to be an age before you get to mix the tracks yourself.
I only understand and accept producers strategies of holding back their tunes if they release an (solo) album in near future (like Marc Smith).

Whilst it doesn't reduce the frustration levels, I guess you just have to consider that these are just guys that are Hardcore fans, DJs and producers - with lives of their own to sort out outside of Hardcore. They're not in swanky offices with loads of staff, or have meetings about sticking to targets and schedules (for releases). All the boring admin shit and scheduling is down to the individual producers/label-runners. They may well consider it a smidge tedious? And just eventually get around to it at some point in the future. That kind of approach?
True, but not releasing tunes only because it's boring to do some adminstration work is actually no (real) excuse. Not earning enough money would be one but Hixxy for example shouldnt worry too much about that. :/
Sure, hardcore is not the big scene to make a good living out of it but still... don't those top guys earn like a few hundred bucks for each (good) tune?

Ha ha! I'm not really quite sure what I've said - but people seem to have been receptive. So, yeah, thanks?! lol.

I see this more as a collaboration of sound ,
probably a group of particular releases by these artist over a certain period of time.
After all the statement that was released were that they are all on the future world roster, and after they have stated the releases also i sure that wont be all that the artist in question are set to release this year.
I also think that Breeze having established a unique selling point for his label wants to show their diversity and also show that the true nature of hardcore and artists associated with a pure sound fit in the Futureworld camp .. a non pigeon holing exercise.
The end result is that these artists are obviously committed to upping their production game and feeding off each other .. which is a good thing for the progression of the scene.

Don't forget, there's another huge label Hardcore Underground!
Although I don't really follow these labels much, but these labels really do cater to their own crowds which is a good thing for the scene (be it dubcore/powerstomp/or just plain hardcore).
Anyway, how about putting the spotlight on smaller labels instead (e.g. Magic Chord / Justice Hardcore)? You might probably find some hardcore gems more worthwhile listening to!

Actually playing with the thought of a proper artist / label thread filled with soundcloud links, labeled by genres since weeks but I don't know how active people would be in there...

Does seem like most of the old Hardcore Vinyl labels have all slowed right down or stopped.
Next Generation, Essential Platinum, Quosh, Evolution etc. Haven't heard of Junkbox or Essential Platinum stopping though. Now that Clubland Extreme has come out you will see some of those labels releasing again I'm sure.

I don't think there are going to be any future UK hardcore vinyl releases. Essential Platinum has been digital for a while now, so has Junkbox.

They stopped pressing vinyl about 2 years ago there will never be anymore vinyl.
Also can't understand why people think that essential platinum, junkbox etc will still be releasing when the artists who ran them are now signed to another label. I know there's been no announcement to say they're finished but it seems fairly straightforward to me. Maybe in the future these labels will come back, I don't know, but for the moment I'd say its certain that they're finished.

Yeah, vinyl's well and truly dead.
Also I have to agree with the second point as well. Since they've clearly all agreed to have one big gangbang, I don't think it makes sense that they'd continue releasing through their own labels as well.

It's not like futreworld is the only label now, definetly the biggest but loads of artists still run their own labels ukn, klubbed up, lethal theory etc
Define bigger.
Well quite clearly they're going to sell the most copies of each release so they're the biggest label in hardcore.

Don't forget that they will be the most pirated label aswell. They are aiming for all the achievements they can get at ;D

^ True say.
Don't forget, guys, that because of all the hate they get on here, boning the top tier is the new boning Fracus & Darwin. We've always supported the underdog and I feel that, in places like this at least, the tables have now turned and the top tier are the new underdogs.
Therefore I shall be supporting them in all their endeavours from now on.

What?
I personally don't root for producers/labels that are considered "underdogs." All I care about is buying hardcore that I love. ATM Hardcore Underground gets most of my money simply because they are an incredible label full of amazing djs, producers, and human beings.
Whether a joke or not, the djs and producers from this newly-developed futureworld label were never considered "underdogs" since they all were part of entities that already had control of a large chunk of the hardcore scene.
I really do think though that they were all a little threatened by HU since they did capture Best Label at last year's HH awards, but it was a well-deserved win because no other label was as active in production and releases as they were last year.
