Michael Scout just posted this. This Thursday, BBC Radio 1:
"On Thursday night 12 - 2 MC Whizzkid appointed spokes man for FutureWorld Records will be talking about the future of hardcores world as far as Futureworld goes. Hopefully lots of positive stuff for the scene.
If you're not interested in that then at least tune in for his deep manly tones...
Please spread the word. Share / RT etc..
Thanks"

Maybe then they'll release some bastard music. Or at least give us some release dates or something.

Oh god, not another sub-genre. Getting ridiculous now.

This.
They're becoming the new raverbaby already, I thought they would start firing out the new releases just after the clubland cd but obviously not. You would think that they'd make a point of this seeing as clubland was delayed by a couple of months.

If they have the same release policy like raver baby in near future / now then it is kinda ridiculous because wasnt it one of the main reasons to leave the label in the first place?

Yes thats exactly why, does seem ridiculous.
Hopefully this slot on Radio 1 is to promote the label just before they start releasing

Maybe the exclusivity of the tracks is worth more to them than the pathetic amount they'll probably get from sales?

Slightly off topic but how much do you reckon they make out of download sales? Obviously some tunes will make more than others so for the best selling tunes roughly how much do the artists make at the end of the day?

I'd be amazed if even the best selling tunes got into the hundreds. Much more money to be made by holding on to the tunes and being paid to play them at events.

They'll probably make a lot less now compared to when it was all vinyl sales as well. That's a fair point about holding on to the tunes to play them at events as well

That does seem to be where things are ultimately heading: everyone simply producing their own DJ set exclusives, mixing sets full of their own tunes and then never releasing them publicly so the only way to hear them is at events etc.
From a strictly financial perspective, I wouldn't blame them at all, but as a fan, that would be an extremely dystopian future for the music.

Well, if they make tunes only for some events then their tunes will be forgotten within 1 or 2 years as soon as they don't play them anymore. Can't imagine that they skip any money - no matter if it's "just a few" hundreds - because they would loose some reputation from fans outside of UK and it would be inefficient from an economic point of view, or are they so rich (?), which I highly doubt.
Just a few speculations, but let's just relax and wait til they release an proper shedule for their upcoming tunes. They can't take the same way like raverbaby did because most of them leaved rb just because of this really slow release speed (at least it seems so).

As Luna C predicted (in general, not with Hardcore specifically), with the music being readily available to everyone now, legally or not, the emphasis will shift to live performances as no exclusivity can come from mp3's etc. Something like that lol.

also TID takes like 50-70% so they barely make anything even IF 100 copies are sold.....
