If you want to buy this, you'll have to use a buying service.
I personally ask N-Forza to get me stuff from shops/events. You link him to the items, he gives you an estimate, you send him the money, and wait until he ships your stuff :P I haven't really had a problem with his service, and I've been able to get some rare stuff because of him :) He's fast to respond but due to the amount of requests he gets it may take a while for him to ship out packages, especially near Comiket or M3.
I can also think of i-TM4U. I've never used them myself, but I know someone who has and they were apparently fine :P
Another one that I can think of which I have used is Tenso. You can get them to buy stuff, but when I got them to forward stuff from Amazon, there were a few problems (the address was a bit confusing when I chose it for delivery on Amazon, someone else's item got mixed up at the Tenso warehouse, blah blah etc.).
I'd go with N-Forza, anyway :P
