I know of a couple of remixes of that track, but not the one in the video.
It sounds pretty similar to Dougal & Gammer's modern production sound, so it is possibly an unreleased bootleg made by them that they're using in sets.

Yet another fail from Jay ;-) although quite close it has to be said
It's the Dougal and Chris Fear remix of Rudimental, feel the love. Sure it's on one of, if not both their soundclouds although I can't post a link because I'm on my phone.
