This came long before In Effect's version did. It's also the A-side of the other tune you wanted ID'ing. The set also starts off with the 96 remix of Music's So Wonderful. ****ing TUNE!

To me In Effects version was the first I heard/remember, so I didnt consider digging deep on what was released first.
