It's scouse, although scouse really just sounds like slowed down hardcore with a donk thrown in it. And no telling who remixed that. There's about a billion remixes of Toca's Miracle

i've been noticing a lot of 'hardhouse' influenced Happy Hard music lately . by the way was 'Scouse' (short for Scouse House) a term coined by the late Nik Skitz? aka SkitzHouse
