Was just wondering, how much does a singer on a hardcore track earn? Is it normally a one off payment or a percentage of sales?

Depends on the deal you make with them, you can pay for their time or give them a percentage or both, but if unless you are famous or some other reason any pro singer will more than likely want to be paid upfront that wait 12 months to *maybe* get some money.

It's also important to note that if they write the lyrics they are considered a writer on the track.
