It is by Impact it's called "Haunted". 
Don't believe it ever got released.

I might remaster it for him and ask him if I can upload it.
The mixdown is actually really clean just the master he made was fried.

heck, I've had unmastered copies of DJ Sash (sashman) and dopeman so it's nothing I really care about :P Time to mix it, I havent mixed a Impact track in ages
