haha. To be honest this topic was linked to me by a friend and I found it funny more than anything. It is probably just that he picked that name unaware that someone else had used it previously.
If it wasn't for the fact I'm still making a few bits and bobs which are going out under that alias (ie. for Olly's Rebuild albums etc), then I don't think I'd be bothered at all, and he could use it for all I care. Invader was always a pretty stupid name anyway, just started as more of an online handle/forum name and just stuck really lol.
To quote my old pal Cube::Hard "an Invader with youthful enthusiasm.. it's like it's 2002 all over again" :D

People can't use google before picking a name. That would be too challenging! I've always known you as Invader, and never really thought twice about it since it was unique and you wrote some great freeform. :)

I changed my DJ name to Damnation for a few months before changing back to Samination :P
Serenity: Back when I picked my DJ name, there where no other DJ named it. When I changed to Damnation, I noticed that there was already one/two. Not to make it better, but some art-artist from the US called herself Samination before I did, but you could say I have taken over all the google-searches for samination :P
... Except for those damn Sami People o.O

In hindsight "invader" is a pretty shitty name for googling, though when I picked it about 14 years ago, the ability to find on a search engine wasn't something I even considered! I really should think of a new alias which is a bit more unique.
