Assume it's dougal and gammers remix of million voices, could be wrong though (probably am wrong!). Heard dougal play this a few times. Not released to my knowledge and probably won't be either. Ben X-Treme also does a remix with that vocal mashed up with 'apologise' (don't know who sang the pop version) which is available to download on trackitdown. Ben X-Treme - Apologise (Million Voices)

Thanks, I heard Ben X-Treme remix, but I don`t think it`s nearly as good as the mix in the video:)
