Hey fellow ravers,
how's are we all? I was thinking which HHC tunes/songs really get you emotional or makes you cry? well i give you some of mine top 5
1. "Wonderful Days" - CHARLY LOWNOISE/MENTAL THEO - oldskool but it's got that violin sound that reminds you of the old days
2. "Six days"- another oldie - what sample is it from?
3."Little Kandy Raver" by DJ S3RL = when i listen to the lyrics I can relate it to my life
4."crying in the rain" - mixed by PEX R as featured on
5. "It starts with a whisper" - CAT LIKE THIEF? - just such an emotional lyrical track
have many more but just wanted to cry out LOL

the 3 first tracks are way to happy in tone to be consider sad. Come back after listening to either Sharkey - Distant Dreams or Force & Styles - Make Believe.
Drunky: Anything not bouncy would make you cry :P
latin: alot of tracks have potential for that, even the very good once.
Cyrax: Pity the foo'!.

To answer the question none of them really should make you cry unless there is a personal attachment to that track, like an event that happened while listening to that song or that has any relevance towards a person or event in history. I love hardcore but I don't ever recall getting hysterical over the track alone even if it is that awesome.
With that being said, the only one I feel getting really emotional now is definitely Nu Foundation's In Your Head. I love that track but any time I hear it I do get pretty sad that he has passed on, and that I never got a chance to meet such a loveable human being. And definitely so many people feel the same way, and it's mostly that track that brings out so many emotions about Mickey than his other productions.

thanks Silver! that's me at the desk and my girlfriend. Some idiot took a photo from behind us! LOL and Triquatra - that tune 'Cor Blimey' is a sample of The Corrs 'Runaway'?? crappy radio stuff i don't like. Hardly like that tune at all. It just gets on my nerves after hearing too many times on the radio. you know what I mean?
