On the subject of Essential Platinum, came across a great Dougal & Gammer vocal track which hadn't heard before!!
Came across it by accident after searching for lyrics for Gammer & MC Whizzkid - Scream on lololyrics. Found link for some free hardcore tunes. I came across this:
Dougal & Gammer - Lose Me Forever (Sparks Remix)
http://www.lololyrics.com/free-2329 So the original featured on True Hardcore album which didn't get but did have the sequel album so missed this! Original is superb, another great vocal track from Dougal & Gammer. Sparkz remix very good also. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Co9lnJGON6Y You should see link for When I Close My Eyes (Jekyll's Mix) also.

Ahh Yes that is an AMAZING!!! Track. Probably one of the best on The True Hardcore CD they mixed. Miss the Old Dougal & Gammer. Now a days they don't even release anything.

I don't think it was Hixxy's fault with the releasing glitch on Raverbaby, i remember 1 or 2 distributors, Amato being one of them, went bankrupt, and if i'm not mistaken owed a lot of money to a lot of labels, so that was one of the big factors with raverbaby having that huge gap in releases in around 2003-2004 i think, i even remember that they remade a lot of the tracks that were scheduled to release as they sounded out of date when they finally got a new distributor.
Yeah it's a shame that Essential Platinum stopped, a lot of the best hardcore tracks ever was on that label, Futureworld is not my cup of tea at the moment, still using poncey kickdrums, and that generic electro lead which is going to turn into the generic saw lead for them before long, and the riffs are just too bland and tasteless, apart from Gammer and Styles riffs, which are always fresh, also 'Rhythmics - Snare!' was a cool direction to take, and T2Kazuya has a nice crisp sound to his tracks which always pushes boundaries, i feel before long they will hopefully get some euphoric influences back in their tracks and leave that awful dirty bass shite alone, here's to hoping eh, well atleast we have Scott Brown back anyway.

Yeah, pretty much exactly how I feel.
How's your album coming along, by the way?

Yeah as Thomas said, it's complete, just waiting for artwork right now, but i am selling it privately at the moment without the artwork. Also, did you like the Earth Cry Weaver Remix?

Just be clear AlphaMagic went bankrupt around that time but Hixxy was not affected by this. There was a big gap because all tracks were being "kept" for CD releases, then only the VIP's could play them and then they were released. By the time there were released no DJ wanted to play them because the crowds had heard the song for 1-2 years already.
Amato went bankrupt in 2008ish.
