Hixxy releasing his new material through Futureworld but says he's still looking to get older material out via raverbaby digital. Good move, looks like his new stuff will see the light of day then!

I would love to see old material in remastered quality, but it isn't 2113 already

Think I misread Hixxy's statement, thought he meant first EP on Futureworld.
Hixxy has apparantly lost loads of the early unreleased Raverbaby stuff. Gutted. I asked for that older version of Creature Of The Night he used to play (without that speech vocal, and despite the dodgy awkward to mix kicks), and a few others were asking about similarly ages ones but the majority were on disks that have long since gone.

Anyone who remembers my thread on Ush.net will know how much I am looking forward to this.
Oh, and it will actually happen this time, for real. Hixxy is no longer involved in Raver Baby. Future World now has all the rights to this brand and are sorting the back catalogue as we speak, Hixxy is not the head anymore. Which is awesome, because Hixxy never actually sorted anything, like the digitals, his Gareth Emery remix, and 1000 more things.

Silver, is there any chance that you might be able to convince one of the big FutureWorld guys to do an interview for the site?
Get us a bit more information on the long-term plan. The fate of other labels (Essential Platinum etc.). Whether we'll now see interesting FutureWorld artist collabs. Whether the brand itself is going to push a certain style of Hardcore, or if the people involved still have artistic licence to make/play whatever they want.
Be really interested to hear. And it might go some way to easing the HappyHardcore.com vs FutureWorld relationship!
