I am currently listening to the samples on Juno and I have noticed some errors I hope are only are the samples and not the actual track.
INFTY001 - DNA/Breeze - Driving me Crazy
this track has loads of skips at the last part (~4:00)

Did Silver acquire the rights to sell Infinity's back catalogue when he got control of the label?
Just wondering because otherwise it means they collaborated on putting it up on Juno which seems unlikely.

Silver got the rights of the label back in 2003-2004, and that included the backcat aswell, since it was him to uploaded it to IMOdownload

Glad people are enjoying the releases, yes I own all the releases on the label including the entire back catalog :)
Sam: Not sure, most likely the clip on juno, seems totally fine on the itunes clips, was it both mixes?

Yeah seems that way, I did contact Juno before re-upload and they said they handled it but perhaps not, will contact them, thanks for letting me know.

Some proper outrageous tunes on this label.
Silver, fill me in. How did you come to own (the rights) to these tracks/the label? Who originally founded the label?
Sorry, I'm being lazy and can't be bothered to look it up.

Yep, loads of choons, sometimes the tracks were overlooked because I wasn't based in the UK, although I was pressed and distributed there.
Infinity was Mark Breeze's old label upto Infinity 24, everything after that was released from me under the Infinity name. I bought 100% all the rights from him in 2003/4 ish.

Interesting. Was he looking to sell? Or did you just really want to buy?

Bit of both, Breeze was looking to sell, I thought it was a good deal, Let's Fly was like my all time favourite track and to own the rights to I thought was killer, plus it was about the time Breeze & Styles was kicking off so I thought at least I might be able to break even with some of the older tracks maybe and also keep the label running with new stuff which was good.
We were selling good numbers a few years back but with all the distribution changes and bankruptcies that went on in the vinyl industry (understandable really) was hard to get paid for releases thus too much of a risk for me not being in the country and having the ability to drive to someone and demand anything.
With that said Jay Franic from Alpha / Amato and everywhere else he worked was a top bloke and never did me or anyone else wrong that I know of.
Off topic, but one company / store that is still in operation today (everyone in hardcore knows them) flat refused to pay me for some Masterwax releases, they would say "you only sold 6 copies" or some shit, I would say, "count your remaining stock", they wouldn't do it, I could prove at least 100 confirmed sales via people I knew, Discogs and people selling copies. Then they came back with something like "you only delivered 250 copies to us", I emailed them the order sheet from the pressing plant and even had the pressing plant ring them to tell them I pressed 500 units, they then said "they never arrived" show me the delivery slip from the truck... I didn't have that paperwork (why would I!?)... to this day they say I only sold 6 copies...

Very interest man, cheers.
Pretty disgusting behaviour from the retailers that you're referring to. Was it IMO? I don't know a single person that doesn't have a shit word to say about them, somewhere a long the line.
