I think for them as a duo its pretty bad.
I mean i tried to like it, listened a couple of times but there just not what they used to be as producers - and i don't like it.

I actually kind of like it, just saw it and had a quick listen, the drops nice! Obviously it's all down to taste and while I don't like comparing shit with other shit and shit it's kind of hard not to think of the whole house type drop. I honestly think it sounds good though, it's obviously not the usual UK Hardcore track with big pads, leads etc but it's not trying to be. Don't agree with it sounding like powerstomp though.
Long comment short, I like it!
Edit: Had another listen, can't help but feel it'd sound better if slowed down. Feels like they've forced it to be Hardcore.

Sounds cool to me. Very driving and high energy.
I suppose my only beef with songs like these is that you can probably swap out the vocals in the break down with almost anything.
But that's how these tracks work, the juxtaposition of sounds. Calming cool vocals / melody followed by BAM BAM IN YO FACE TOTALLY DIFFERENT!
But I definitely dig it. It had me moving.

Because it's dougal and gammer il give it a chance to grow on me but wasn't too impressed after the first listen. Sounds very average for them.

I think it's really good personally. It's like modern 90's Hardcore. Love the lead synth. Classic Hardcore sound! I don't really see what's not to like. Although i could understand why people might not like the vocal. Not at all surprising that i like this and others don't. And the same people also don't like the same Hardcore in general.

It's great to notice under whoms good influence you finally are. It's a pain in the ass, but you'll able to find good Hardcore all the time if you spend enough time.

It's different, therefore needs a few listens to appreciate it without trying to hear typical Hardcore.
