Hey,

does anyone know the track ID for the 1999 hardcore version of PHANTASIA VIOLET SKIES/OMEGA DREAMING OF A BETTER WORLD?

I'm aware from hours of trawling YouTube that there are hundreds of covers and remixes of this tune spanning many different dance genres, which is why tracking down the 1999 hardcore version has proven tricky!

Although I don't have a tape rip, DJ Vibes played this tune at the start of his Helter Skelter Energy 99 set. It is in the style of the hardcore/trance crossover that started to take off around 1999.

Cheers,
Ian

If it's a trance/"trancecore" crossover, it's highly likely Sonic Boom Boys (Hixxy & UFO) - Tsunami. IT uses the same vocalist

Thanks dude but this is a slightly newer version/remix of Hixxy+UFO's 'Eternity Has Passed' from Bonkers 5 (I think):
