I'd expect it's one of them cheeky unreleasable one-off bootlegs you're not meant to find - only a small handful of people probably have it. You can ask Jakazid as suggested, but I doubt if he'd let you have it. Probably would need Gammer's blessing as well (out of respect more then anything).
I'd like to think I was wrong though, and it is up for free somewhere.
