The sound of this track sounds like RMB influenced music, who came from Berlin as well. I wouldn't be surprised if it is one of their remixes of another track.

yeah the piano melody sound was a signature RMB quality but I have almost everything from him from back then, quite sure this is not his work. He hadn't done much until 1993.

Also, from the mixing in the vid you can tell that the melody and the bass most of the time come from 2 different records, I'm looking for the one that has the piano sounds...
