Howdy Cowpokes!
Last night I started chuckling to myself remembering the slammin vinyl events I used to got to at bagleys around 97-98. On a few occasions there was a dude with no legs in a wheelchair that used to drool a lot, was always funny seeing him! Anyway I was wondering if anyone has ever seen a blind person with a guide dog at a rave?

Not with a guide dog but I've chatted to a blind guy at Raindance and at the first Hard Beats. Think his name was Dan possibly?
Used to go to United Dance, SV, Skelter, Raindance and that with my mate who was in a wheel chair but that was more 2000-2007ish (although he did come to Westfest in 2012). Sadly passed away now though. :( RIP.

Damn a blind guy at a rave. But then again it's not surprising either as blind people have a much stronger sense of hearing and feeling, so he probably enjoys the music at a much stronger level than we all do.
Wasn't there someone in a wheelchair that one year we were both at HTID ITS? Can't 100% remember

Fair play to the guy, I'd have thought I'd find it pretty intimidating being at a rave if I couldn't see! Great activity though if you're blind and have the mind to go though definitely, fair play to him.
Yeah, pretty sure you're right actually. Do recall that myself too. Seen a few peeps in wheelchairs at various raves when I think about it.

have seen people in wheel chairs at parties before. haven't seen any blind people at parties but I've had blind friends in the past when I was a kid that we would discuss music together. what they got out of it made me feel like I wasn't hearing at all. I actually felt stupid & ignorant to what music can do/make you feel because I wasn't getting/hearing anywhere near what they were.
have a couple tape packs where the mc mentioned someone in a wheelchair and to big him up
