Sounds like one of the unreleased tunes which was posssibly to come out on his 'vital elements' label. as most of the set is made up of the tunes he did release on that label...

the site seems to be down atm ...or on twitter ...i know a few ppl i know have asked him about stuff on there and he helped them out with tune id's

The first time this vocal was used was by jimmy j & cru l t - 'I need you' ....one of my faves
