...and I gotta say I'm actually quite floored. This is an amazing album! Every track is top notch. For a while I was starting to feel a little jaded and disappointed with hardcore, because everything was starting to sound boring and I couldn't really distinguish between many new tracks because they all sounded the same. I was under the impression perhaps I had outgrown the music, or maybe the music moved on in a direction that I couldn't relate to, but this album has definitely restored much of my faith in the hardcore sound...a breath of fresh air.
I've spent much of my early hardcore years listening to the old guard...scott brown, dougal and gammer, luna c, sharkey, etc...and while these artists are very talented and I still have a love for their music, I feel like it's time for some of the new talent to take the spot light.
Anyways I'm glad that good passionate hardcore is still being made.

Yes love that song! Honestly Gaz has better male vocals than DS. Darren should totally hire him for his vocalist lol

I'm thinking of grabbing Balancing Act as well. Can anyone advise as to whether this album is mixed or not? I would prefer that it isn't.

It's not mixed and it's a great album, although I think Point of No Return is superior.

Don't grab it yet, even if you can find it, as we will be repressing it soon (properly). The jewel case/cdr thing has always driven us spare. 
It's nice to see these projects resonating after the fact, as it were. Built to last!

i am unable to find the album in hard copy, only mp3 form. Was it only released as mp3? Also, what do you mean by repressed? Repressed as CD? Why will it be repressed?

It was on CD but not for sale for a while. We had a launch party and couldn't get glass mastered cds back in time. This lead us to the entirely stupid decision to do that which has left a raw caustic taste since. With the third F&D album impending we will do a limited run repress in digipak with "proper" cds bundled in for as close to cost as we can.
