Nah the vocal is a sample, so probably just another producer using the vocals.

Ah right, cheers! I only listen to hardcore so I'm not always too sure what's been bootlegged/borrowed/sampled from other genres. As a side note, that episode of the J4J podcast is pretty decent. I listened to it the whole way through after posting the question on here.

Time to do a list of producers who remade a lot of times this song, Skinny & Darwin aren't the only guys who use the vocals of "I Can't Get You", I mean, Sash Dee & Dazastuart (and Olly P), has remade the vocal track.
