Yeah he still is!
This is his most recent release with Re-Con and his first release on Futureworld.
http://www.beatport.com/release/hixxy-and-re-con/1264946 Since his involvement with the Clubland Xtreme Hardcore compilations, the large majority of his tracks have been left to feature on his mixes for each Xtreme Hardcore album release. There have been some of his Raverbaby tracks available on trackitdown although its down as HTID as the label. https://www.trackitdown.net/recordlabel/129813/htid.html He always did have his own unique style but since the Clubland Xtreme hardcore series, his style has changed quite a bit and more in the commercial direction. I'm still a fan of tracks that have featured on the early CEH albums but not so much on the recent ones. It would be hard to say what my favourite style of his is since the mid 90s but would be a very big fan of his style since Raverbaby started and especially his style from around 2003 and 2004.

It's been a while since I listened to this (from Bonkers 12) but after listening to the trackitdown clip, I thought some parts of it sounded a bit different to the original. Could be wrong.

Hixxy is and will always be a hardcore legend in my eyes. Don't hear much new material from him these days, although as far as I know he's still playing out regularly. Was hoping for a good few releases on Futureworld when he joined but other than that collab with re-con I don't think there's been any, or any planned in the immediate future. Hope he's doing ok, he's carrying a LOT of extra weight these days. Quite unbelievable compared to hixxy from 10 years ago.
