I think it was this week or last week that is the 10th birthday of Slammin Vinyl's Hardcore Heaven compilations mixed by Sy, Brisk and Kevin Energy. Sadly there was only ever four of these from the series but there have been other Hardcore Heaven stuff before it.

Excellent series. Wish they'd bring them back. Those Kev Energy sets completely revolutionized my view on the scene. There were others, but those sets really kept my love & faith in the scene alive. Opened my ears & gave me hope of real progression being made & in such a creative way :)

I agree, Kevin's mixes were top quality, even today those tunes still sound fresh
