I'm not sure what you mean exactly.......but the vocals were original used by Madonna, they were sampled from her.

Nah, if you know the song well enough you can hear that Hixxy just mixed around the vocals. Don't know why really since it's a classic choon but it still flows good

Definitely a copyright problem - I can remember the fuss at the time. It's a lot easier to sneak the samples out on a tape or white label but try putting 'em on a CD and the lawyers will soon come knocking. Hello all by the way! You wouldn't believe the amount of time it's taken me to get here.

You're spot on about copyright laws on CDs compared to Tapes and white label, a friend had a hixxy tape with the lyrics on, judging by the song before like and dream and the song after it it could've been the Bonkers 1 tape! I didn't think of that until you mentioned it...

i had a tape of bonkers 1 where the vocals were left in there. bought it on cd and no vocals! gutted. couldn't think why either till now

Was the tune like right at the start of the tape? I remember rewinding it and the part where it's mixed with the vocals from 'hold me now' came straight on.

sort of. it was on the second side,highlander was playing but like a dream was coming into the mix with it,then after the highlander vocals ended it was into the saw synth before going into the vocal part
