It could mean that you're nice, kind, helpful & people would want to live next door to you (like a neighbour)
Or.
It could mean that people want you as there neighbour because your boring, dont do anything, and keep yourself to yourself....in other words a "Boring Fart".
But I'm sure you're the first example of an explanation .
I think your "Good" quality neighbour .

Moderators have to generally know more than what they are actually moderating...
As for having a UK mod, then I couldnt agree more. You should have a mod for every major area!
Also considering the amount of Hardcore that we pump out here in the UK then I think it should be.
Down to preference at the end of the day i suppose and lets face it we diddnt start the site so hey!
