Okay ... I'm very familiar with the way the other mods work (Silver and Virus because I've been on the board for quite some time, Weba through the fact that we were mod'ed at the same time, and I talk to Toxic pretty much every day), so I think I can be pretty damn certain when I say:
The moderators do not "side" with anyone. Ever.
Sure, in the heat of an argument it may prove necessary to take action that affects one side more than the other, but when it does it's up to all parties to take a step back and ask, "Why was that necessary?" Just ask the mod in question and he (no active female mods ATM  ) will most likely have a very good reason as to why he took the action that he did - if he didn't, then he may well run the risk of being stripped of his mod status, and that's not a risk he'd take lightly.
I've had numerous posts of mine edited and deleted. I've been told to cool off just as I'm on the verge of winning an argument (and boy does that hurt). I've been warned about my behaviour on the board, and had threads that I was active in locked. Yes, I've even had one of my very own threads deleted. Did I take it personally? No, because it's not about them vs me, but more a matter of upholding the rules of the board and keeping it peaceful, all for the greater goal of maintaining a high quality of discussion.
In the end, isn't that what we all want?

yeah me too. i made loadsa friends coz of this board. the first thing i do when i get in from work is check out what everyones posted on here. id say its more of a community than just a website.
and pacman-it doesnt ALWAYS rain here! sometimes it stops for a day and we get gale force winds instead!!
