i traveled 1000km on saturday just to see the guy and I must say that it was worth EVERY CENT of the plane fair and other costs.
He played a 1:45 set that was pure evil from start to finish he had the whole room just dancing to the beats. In the whole time i only picked 1 error in his mixing (which he corrected VERY quickly) other than that the set was faultless.
Compared to the other big name evil hardcore dj that i have seen live (Promo) there was not much of a comparsion his set blew promo's away with 1 quility, 2 intensity, 3 variety (mixed old skool with new skool faultlessly)
just wondering what others have thought of him when they have seen him and if u guys think there are any other simmular DJ's that u guys reckon are better???? but yeah i also have to say 2 of the locals Crystal and Crackd also rocked the house

PS to any of the sydney crew that didn't go, silly silly silly silly people u missed an amazing set, and crystal played a wicked one too

^^ I "heard" from a few people that this Thrillseeka was no where near as good as the previous two, in terms of the internationals. They told me that mixing ability and track selection couldve been better
You mentioned Crystal and Crakt. Crystal's pretty good. Ive never heard DJ Crakt play, although another quality gabba DJ would be Ctrix.

yeah i knew it. i had promised myself i'd go to this but i had a car accident on friday and so i gotta save money to pay the damages so i didn't make it to neophyte!  i made it to the record signing at bpm though and got to shake his hand and get some records signed. sad i didn't make it to thrillseeka.

toxic, i only found one error in his set and that was a beat mix error 15min in, but appart from that i thought it was brilliant!!!! but some of the brizzy ppls did saw that promo was better, but then again i only saw him in brisbane didn't come down to see him in sydney.
the other bad part about the night was the sound system it was only 14K it needed to be AT LEAST 20K if not 25K, i liked DJ Crakt's set but the lack of bass in the system made it weeker then it should have been, heard him play up here a bit and it is much better set with more bass
as for the outside area all i have to say is PISS POOR!!!!!!!!!! 2 speakers, it was a joke and very not happy bout it :(
but yeah crystal and neophyte would hvae been the highlights for sure
u sydney ppls will have to come up here to brisbane some time to one of the MAYHEM hardcore events, adventjah's and systems now have no hardcore :(

Yeah Neophyte is pretty good although there are other evil players out there...I personally like it when Scott Brown workd with neophyte he manages to tidy neophytes tracks up a little put there both great artists and work well together.......Now DJ Paul Elstak is another evil player....but I'm not sure what's more evil the music he now makes & plays or the scenario he caused with six days!!!!!!

LOL mate saw scott brown in december and promo in october they were 2 off my MUST SEE LIST there is elstak, RTC and a few others left to go on it. But i must agree with u on the scott brown tiding up the music never heard the 2 live but hve a few mixes that scott has done. and as for a Mr Elstak i would have to agree with u there too.

That’s weird. I never care much for MCs much for precisely that reason. However, I found Sharkey was one of few mc's I’ve seen that Did a good jobs of rambling off the lines but knew when to shut up too (set he did with justrich when he was here was amazing)...Guess everyone has off days *shrugs* Sharkey no longer MCs anyway...

I wanna be the Master Of Evil, but I'd even settle for Prince Of Darkness, or maybe Lord Of The Underworld.
Never seen Neophyte, but all the mixes of his that I've listened to do indicate that he may very well be the Master Of Evil. He would have to beat out Tron, Delta 9, Doormouse, and Baseck though. And that is some stiff competition. Hard to say who the best evil DJ would be.

yeah that was a strange little thing that happened here... i remember when sharkey was djing a few people were abusing him for whatever reason (i thought maybe coz of the mcing earlier????) and people up the front kept bumping his decks while he was playing... i remember seeing him at one stage give someone in the audience the finger... i was pretty munted though so i don't really know what was going on...

Later I believe that kniteforce then released Elstaks version on a cd single in a foreign country a kind of "get Your own back" on him....but he was evil to rip it off costing Kniteforce money imo.
Anyway I don't know all the facts so don't take anything I say to be true, but that's the conclusion I have come to.
