Been rushing and gushing over this track for a week or so now. It features on the 24/7 Hardcore Presents: The 100 Series album (buy link below - and do buy it because the quality of tunage across that release is massive).

My obsession with Taste The Silence developed instantly after the release of Mind Over Matter and I was chuffed to bits to hear that there was a mix of it on The 100 Series. My initial comparative thought was that the key, iconic breakdown section had less clarity and impact, and was more delicate. But now, I can see that the delicate nature of that breakdown blends perfectly into the overall structure of this absolute masterpiece.

There isn't a single weak section - or second, even! - in this track. It's all pure fcuking magic. A truly complete piece of music.

I definitely picking this one up in my next HU binge. Above all, I'm looking forward to that Transcend & Cyrax remix.
