Hard to single out one element because more are needed, but the music is by far the most important. Good sound is also vital.

there are no chicks in trap and dubstep nights etc, if there are they are rough and wear cords to go with the rest of the nerds of hte middleclass who cry about pimped cars and night life they are all scared of
mainstream gabba/proper hardcore is a fresh start in the uk, uk hardcore events have`nt cared for it for the past 10 years, its only the past year they have had some

Sure looks like a girl to me. What caused you to be suspicious.
And it would be nice to meet a nice girl that's into hardcore. Save yourself many months trying to get her into it, otherwise :)
But the people are important. Some events, people lke to stick to their own groups, at others they're more friendly. Summer Gathering was a friendly place, maybe because it was a two day festival thing versus a one nigher in a club. But it made the weekend that much better to suddenly know a lot of pople in a tent.

I'm not a partying guy. In sweden I have never really gone to any clubs or parties, so the reason I go to the (club)raves in the UK is definitly for the company and the overal feeling that hardcore raves seems to give off. To be honest, most of the music is of the kind I don't really like but it works so well played out than on a online mix so I don't mind
