I'm no conosieur but, I love matured cheddar, Tasminian Feta and Parmasen.
Mozeralla tastes like the dodgy old packet it comes in. Sure it stretches, but thats not what cheese is about. Cheese is all about taste.
I hate blue vein cheese, thats the worst.

I love cheese, esp. the "jonge kaas"(can't translate it, some help from the dutch would be nice).
I like it with scrambled eggs, I fry up the eggs, I first take the yolks out then fry it with cheese and some pieces of ham, mainly cheese. When finished I'll put it on a plate and add the yolks on it. Scramble it again. Then its really moisty and yellowy.

mmm... kinds of cheese are important, but the regions from which they are from are more important. I think that cheese from the Netherlands & France are the best  I like cheese with walnuts too... *yUmMy*
