Go Mental Platinum 6
Stormtrooper 17
Raving Mad 14
Next Generation 26
My favorites at the moment.
I would also suggest picking up any of the Absolute Hardcore compilations on Slammin Vinyl. Lots of good tunes without shelling out too much cash.

If you're after CDs then obviously the Bonkers seriries. Hardcore Heaven Volume 5 (came out around 1999) is also good, much better than the others. Another cheap series at the moment is "WOW What a Rush" which is retailing at about £7.99.
Tape packs are also worth a look, slightly more expensive than a CD but you usually have 12 hours of Hardcore for like £20, so in a way you can say it's cheaper.
You can find most of these at http://shop.happyhardcore.com Dave!
