can any recognise this tune it starts off like a hip hop tune like public enemy number one by p diddy with that buzzin noise in the back then someguy starts rappin and he sings" cuttin and scratchin, record .... catchin, the fader hes salppin while tip keeps rappin, on and on until the music stops, take a pause for the cause, and let the horns drop!" then some more beats come in and he sings it again then it sounds like a happy hardcore tune

First it sounds like a Faber song then it sound's like KFA the hand of destiny tune....but I unfortuantly feel it is none of those....need more info really...Thoses samples have been used in quite a few tunes.
