Around the 1991 era, old skool.
Twilight Zone sample: "Dimension of sight, dimension of sound" etc'
Tune swaps from Twilight Zone tune and nursery rhyme, which I can't remember the words (Only the rude ones!) summot like: [last line] when the blah was opened, blah began to sing, ...;
I'd guess it's called Twilight Zone, but artist and label would be nice.
I think the nursery rhyme is 'Sing a song of sixpence' or whatever...

2 unlimited had a song called "Twilight Zone (Rave Mix)" out in 1992
But i dont think it has your nursery rhyme in it :
