I'm sure Bonkers is sold over in America....some-one like "Lixx" will will give you some good places to but it from no doubt  . America probebly get's bonkers about a month after it's release in the UK, I guess.

it is an american and uk based company that distributes cds and dvds and other stuff.. I use it all the time for new stuff and is usually good on timing.. all new hardcore cds like bonkers X and the re-releases of 1 & 2 are all there!!
