Right ive got a tape pack of 6 tapes at home from slammin vinyl april 7th 2000 and on hixxy and MC Wizkids tape is a song with the lyrics 'in everything you do, your love shines through' and 'there are ties that cant be broken there are buds that can not die' if anyone knows wot it is or has a good idea your a STAR :D
I was gonna say try "Chakra" - "Love Shines Through".

There is a hardcore version coming out on Raver Baby but the version you heard was the original speeded up.
