Does anybody know who this is and where I could get an album in the U.S.

"Koko" - "Open Your Eyes" Original euro-dance version.

No, I think he's a bit mistaken...
Raver's Groove is often a mislabel for 'Let Me Play' by hyperaktive. That's where you got the idea that it was from anabolic frolic, since many newbies to hardcore (no offense!) mislabel the song as raver's groove!
Also, since you got the two confused, it seems you must have downloaded the track... that's a no-no! Buy the CD (Happy2bHardcore chapter 3 is the one it was ripped from.) You don't want to steal...

Get the Hi octane hardcore cd from somewhere like play.com it has Scott Brown's earcloser remix.
You will like the cd if you like eyeopener

i donno, the earcloser mix is pretty badass. although nustyle IS a bit cliche now...
also the orig eurodance version is class, imo.
