Don't call it a comeback!
I've been here for years,
I'm rocking my peers,
Puttin' suckers in fear.
Makin' the tears rain down like a mon-soon!
Listen to the bass go boom!

Haha! I thought my comment kicked ass! Don't call it a comeback! I was searching an open discussion.
Of all the great things that you could have shared on here you chose a rap acapella

I was making a statement. To satisfy, here's a classic DJ Sy set!
Now that is more like it! Proper Hardcore. will have to listen to that all the way through when im not at work, although I am leaning towards Hard House a lot these days

Is it really a comeback when
a) He never really went away in the first place
b) He hasn't brought anything new to the table during his 'return'

He didn't. Nothing has changed - the people that ex communicated him still won't have anything to do with him. He's been playing old skool / classics sets ever since

You missed out one very important person, BK who is literally the Scott Brown or Slipmatt of Hard House.
Stimulant DJs is the DJ Brisk of Hard House, quite literally as that is Brisk and Ham who both made some complete slammers under that name, sometimes on par or even better than their own Hardcore.
Really the best of Hard House was the turn of the millennium and that is the stuff I listen to the most although there was still quality tunes coming out for a few years after. Most of it pretty much pissed all over the so called Hardcore that was coming out at the same time

Yes classic track. Think Sy & Unknown did a remix of Devotion about a decade ago.
Also the Tears Run Cold / U R Da One release was great also!
