This is a pretty good question. Hixxy has recently managed to release a few Raver Baby's and a few of them were brand new tracks and the nxt release is the new Weaver track.
Knowing this, do you rekon he's finally got the label sorted again and that he may well begin to release more brand new tracks on a regular basis?
Lets be honest, with the amount of superb tunes unreleased on Raver Baby like 'The Beat Kicks' and 'Chemical Love', he does need to release a few more doesnt he?

I think hixxy is excellent and always have done and i think the more tunes released by the geezer the better  So, yeah, the answer would be yeah!

I hope so mate coz there are so many tunes on RB that I want. Every time there's a new release on RB I buy it regardless of what it is. COz I want all the RB's and Im supporting the DJ who in my opinion is the best DJ in the uk scene. I truly hope he keeps the releases coming now weve got a taste of them!

hixxys style of hardcore on it's own is enough to really want me rush out and by some decks myself even though i can't and ain't interested in spinning....

Im the same in the context of wanting to hear the tunes but at the same time I wanna get them on vinyl and spend hours on my dex spinning them. Hixxy tunes are and always have been great, I just hopes he makes more tunes like 'Nothing'. Another chooooooon!! Luv ya Hixxy!

in answer to your question - i highly doubt it... the story with raver baby is that we get absolutely no tunes for ages while everything is out on promo for a very long time, then we get a handful at once, then nothing again for another very long time. very badly disorganised imo and needs someone else to run the label. it's only the quality of the tunes that make them get away with it.

I really cant see Hixxy letting someone else run RB for him. He's already done that with Essential Platinum and Dougal. The thing with the releases earlier this year was that they were tunes from April 2002. The newest releases are mainly from very late 2002 & 2003 so I get the feeling he's almost there. Just give him a bit more time and I rekon he'll get it sussed! He'll have to or people will get fed up of waiting for the new RB releases wont they!?

Raverbaby will eventually get sorted soon, most everyone's getting fed up with them and hixxy's gonna have to work things out or he's gonna lose a lot of customers.

I would'nt of thought that he would lose customers because people will still buy Raver Baby tunes when they are finally released. Anyway I don't think Hixxy has got it sorted yet.

Well, the reason I thought he may have got it sorted is coz of the newest releases. Both on RB and JB, the likes of 'Punk' by UFO and 'Underground' too and the fact that the nxt RB is the new Weaver track including a Hixxy rmx, surely thats only a gud sign innit?

i have not bought raver baby tunes before because they took to long to come out. they'd already been caned out for too long, i was sick of the tunes and so were most people. and the weaver track has been played here for almost two years so that's not really exciting. it was supposed to be released around this time last year.
people are already fed up with it, to me it's quite badly disorganised and needs some of sort of management factor going on.
as for the new tracks coming out, yeah that's good, but so what? how long have we been waiting for?

The one thing that annoys me is the fact that there are some tunes that i want that probably wont ever be released.
Like follow me and Lets fly remixes. And what ever happened to let there be light. Its like they dont care bout releasing those tunes.

Thats a fair point. But as for the new Weaver track, that didnt get played at all last year and the first I heard of it was on the new Bonkers. So I c that as a new track an thats the nxt RB release so maybe a bit of sense has finally got in to Hixxy bones (hahaha)! Only messin Hixxy! I luv ya really.
But, Hixxy has to keep the releases coming. Like sum1 sed previously, its no good releasing loads at a go. There needs to be consistancy about it all. You never c this problem with Evolution or Quosh do you?!?! So I c no reason why it shud happen to one of or even the leading label in the scene. Daft!
