well it started out for me, back in 92
when i was just a youngster still going to school
listening to hip hop hanging out with my crew
just kicking it on the corner breaking all the taboos
i was always in trouble needed something to do
flipped out my bubblegum and i started to chew
cos my mind needed to focus on something new
and hardcore was the source that i desired for fuel
so i got a rave tapre and gave it a listen
this is where i started on my hardcore mission
lets just say i had a little vision
of checking out a rave so i paid the admission
that weekend man it was fine
fantazia donnington it really blew my mind
before i even knew it
dreamscape raindance slammin vinyl helter skelterand united dance
but as the years passed by it just wasnt enough
gazing up at the stage thinking that it looked ruff
with the dj and the mc busting it in time
so i turned my life to a life of rhyme
writing new lyrics and sending out tapes
then in 1995 i got my first break
hyperbolic kings lynn was the place of my booking
so i flexed 'pon the mic and got the crowd rocking
