do someone have the same problem on soundcloud? when i play a track or mix sometimes it rewinds or goes forward for no reason.

I had that problem in the past. It wouldn't let me play any tracks because it kept skipping forward, and I had to restart my computer to make it go away. That hasn't happened to me in months, though.

In case of this problem you mustn't restart your pc. Just need to clear cache. You can do it in any modern web brouser with shortcut Ctrl+R on web page. This will reload page with all files to cache.
Also maybe you have some pluggins installed that can broke background playing on some sites, include SoundCloud. If Ctrl+R does not helps you - try to disable some of your plugins in Chrome
